67, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 at home in Woodinville, WA. He was born May 9, 1950 in Dunedin, FL to the late Frank and Frances Daniels. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Magda McSwain; four children, Alexa McSwain, Andrew McSwain, Ashley Regan (Ben), and Jessica Pierce (Andrew); his three grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, and Lilly; a brother, Charles Daniels (Anita); and niece, Chelsea. 67, passed away Sunday, June 11, 2017 at home in Woodinville, WA. He was born May 9, 1950 in Dunedin, FL to the late Frank and Frances Daniels. He is survived by his loving wife of 27 years, Magda McSwain; four children, Alexa McSwain, Andrew McSwain, Ashley Regan (Ben), and Jessica Pierce (Andrew); his three grandchildren, Matthew, Hannah, and Lilly; a brother, Charles Daniels (Anita); and niece, Chelsea. Brian graduated from Largo High School in 1968. He attended both Florida State University and the University of South Florida where he graduated with a degree in Criminal Justice. He worked for the Pinellas County Sheriff's Office for 10 years, then went on to law school at Samford University. After law school, Brian worked for the Pinellas County State Attorney's Office for 25 years. He retired in 2012 after serving Pinellas County tirelessly for 35 years. Brian loved hiking, traveling the West Coast with his wife, wine tastings, sailing the Gulf of Mexico, and spending time with his family. He will be remembered fondly by his adoring family and many friends. A memorial service will be held Friday, June 23, at 3 pm at Serenity Gardens Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, FL 33774. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Brain Research Foundation, Arrangements under the direction of Serenity Funeral Home, Largo, FL.
